Town of Grand Chute: Board Meeting Schedule

The Town Board typically meets at 6:31 p.m. on the 2nd and 4th Tuesdays of the month, although that schedule is subject to change. The Town calendar https://www.grandchute.net/calendar/ provides current information. Meeting agendas appear to be published about a week in advance and can be found here.

Meetings are typically held in the Board Room at the Grand Chute Town Hall, 1900 West Grand Chute Boulevard, but locations vary. Options for participation by remote audio are identified in the meeting agenda.

Meetings of the town’s committees, commissions, and other bodies are noted on the Town calendar here: https://www.grandchute.net/calendar/. The agendas for those meetings can be found here: https://www.grandchute.net/government/minutes_and_agendas/.

All meetings are open to the public unless a Closed Executive Session is scheduled. By law, Closed Executive Sessions can be held only to discuss matters which require confidentiality. Such issues include personnel action, student discipline, site acquisitions, litigation, or employee negotiations.
