19th Senate District Update: August 16, 2024

It’s fair season in Wisconsin! Although the Outagamie & Winnebago county fairs were held earlier this summer, we’ve got more of them coming up!

The Waushara County Fair is going to be held at the Waushara Fair Grounds in Wautoma this weekend! They’ve got a fun lineup of truck & tractor pulls, auctions, and rabbit judging through Sunday. The Wild Rose Community Band will also be performing there!

We’ve got the Waupaca County Fair in Weyauwega starting Wednesday, August 21st with their truck & tractor pull! There is also a great schedule of bands and demo derbies you can find here.

Adams County is kicking their fair off this week too! There will be plenty of shows for goats, dairy, and dogs. There’s also going to be a pancake breakfast held on Saturday!

Lastly, as you may have heard, Wisconsin has elections coming up this November! You can find what’s on your ballot, how to find out when and where to vote, and more at MyVote.wi.gov.

Next week, I look forward to many more meetings & events in our area!
