19th Senate District Update: August 30, 2024

I hope you’re enjoying the last few weeks of summer – I was able to make it around the district this week and even got my mom to join me at the Waupaca County Fair!

I met with Logan Fuller, the Winneconne village administrator, to discuss long term improvements and opportunities coming up for the community.

I then headed over to Appleton to tour the Pinnacle Cataract and Laser Surgery Center through the Wisconsin Academy of Ophthalmology’s outreach program. It was an in(sight)ful visit and I learned quite a bit about the practice through the wonderful staff there!

I wrapped up this week touring Tri-County Dental thanks to the roundtrip set up by the Wisconsin Association of Free and Charitable Clinics. It was a great opportunity to network with other community clinics and discuss issues facing the industry with local leaders.

Lastly, as you may have heard, Wisconsin has elections coming up this November! You can find what’s on your ballot, how to find out when and where to vote, and more at MyVote.wi.gov.

Next week, I look forward to many more meetings & events in our area!
