19th Senate District Update: December 15, 2023

It’s been a busy week! Rep. Lee Snodgrass and I held a year end town hall at the Menasha Public Library. It was great to hear from the folks that joined us. On Wednesday, Senate Bill 515, a bill I authored that would increase Wisconsin’s access to mental health services, passed committee on a bi-partisan vote.

My staff and I were also happy to meet with:

  • Department of Health Services
  • Wisconsin Federation of Nurses and Health Professionals
  • The Boys and Girls Club
  • Youth in Government
  • Vets & Friends of Wisconsin
  • Town of Grand Chute Public Works Improvements
  • The Boldt Company

Next week, the Senate Committee on Government Operations will hear a bill I authored that would designate the Monarch butterfly to be our state butterfly.
