Happy Friday! It was great seeing so many folks out at the New Dublin parade and events this year – find out more about next year’s parade and celebrations here.
This week, I had quite a few meetings in our area. I was able to meet with representatives from the WI Department of Veteran Affairs, tour the veterans village in Appleton, and stop by the Shiocton Child Care Center. It was great meeting with the amazing folks who work at those facilities and discussing some of the great work they are doing.
We also had quite a few other meetings down in Madison. This included important discussions around priorities for our farmers during Ag Day, the Fox Cities Performing Arts Center, the American Heart Association, and the Addiction Resource Council. We also met with the new Department of Safety and Professional Services secretary-designee as part of the confirmation process. Thank you to everyone who made the trek down!
