This Memorial Day, as we take time to thank veterans for their service to our country, let us also not forget to commemorate those who lost their lives for our nation. May their stories continue to live on as we remember their bravery and commitment towards serving others and the United States of America.

In-District Events
May 27th through May 29th will be the Celebrate De Pere annual festival held at Voyager Park in De Pere. On Saturday, the 27th, and Sunday, the 28th, the festival will be going on from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. On Monday, the festival will last from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. For more information, visit Celebrate De Pere.
The Two Rivers Memorial Day Parade will be on Memorial Day, May 29th, at 9.a.m. The parade will follow Washington Street towards 22nd Street. After the parade, there will be a ceremony at the cemetery at 9:30 a.m.
A Memorial Day Parade will be taking place on Memorial Day, May 29th, at 9 a.m., starting downtown Manitowoc and ending at the Veteran’s Memorial on N. 18th Street.
The De Pere Kiwanis Memorial Day Parade will be on Memorial Day, May 29th, at 10 a.m. The parade will start at West De Pere High School and end at Voyageur Park.
The Wrightstown Memorial Day Parade will take place on Memorial Day, May 29th, at 11:30 a.m., starting at the corner of Turner St. and Fair St. and following Highway 96 to the American Legion (924 Main St., Wrightstown).
On Memorial Day, May 29th, there will be a community parade on Main Street in Mishicot at 12 p.m. A ceremony will follow the parade at 12:30 p.m. at the Mishicot Cemetery.
The Brown County Breakfast on the Farm will be on Sunday, June 4th, from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. at Collins Dairy, LLC (3489 Hill Rd., Greenleaf). For more information regarding pricing and attractions, visit Dairy | Brown County Dairy Promotions | Wisconsin.
The Manitowoc County Breakfast on the Farm will be on Sunday, June 11th, from 8:00 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the Twin Cities Vue Dairy Farm (3416 Stone Road, Manitowoc).
Head on down to the library for some friendly competition! Every Tuesday from 6-7:30pm, the Lester Public Library in Two Rivers (1001 Adam St.) hosts a Family Game Night. Games and popcorn are provided.
