Have a Great Summer!
Happy Friday! As much as I’ve enjoyed communicating with everybody via e-updates, the time has unfortunately come to say goodbye (for now). Starting June 1st, state law prohibits legislators from mass emailing or sending out 50 or more pieces of identical material. This includes my weekly updates. I encourage you to continue contacting my office if you have any concerns or questions relating to state government as I can still communicate with you on an individual basis.
Sadly, when the legislature returns for regular session next January, I will no longer be representing many of you as both the city of De Pere and the city and town of Two Rivers were moved to other Assembly Districts by a court decision.
If you are still unsure which district you will be in, please click here and enter your address. It will show you who represents your 2022 district as well as your 2024 district. Feel free to respond to this e-update as well with your address, and we will personally let you know the district where you reside.
I look forward to interacting with many of you in the community this summer and hearing your ideas for new legislation.
For those of you whom I lost in the redistricting, I appreciate the support you have shown me over the years. You have held me accountable, challenged me, and overall shaped me into a better legislator. It has been my honor to serve you.
