$2.9 Billion Tax Cut One Step Closer to Reality

Wisconsin State Rep. David Steffen issued a press release concerning the $2.9 million tax cut.

This week, the Assembly Committee on Ways and Means passed a piece of legislation I authored to reduce state income taxes by $2.9 billion. This bill would reduce taxes on Wisconsin’s middle class and exempt the first $150,000 of retirement account income for joint filers – two major steps towards making Wisconsin the best state to live, work, and retire in. See my press release above for more details.
