Plexus Makes the Coolest Thing in Wisconsin!

Recently I had the opportunity to tour Plexus Corp. in Appleton.  Plexus won last fall’s “Coolest Thing Made in Wisconsin” contest held by Wisconsin Manufacturers and Commerce, the state’s chamber of commerce.

Plexus’ winning product was the Bevi Bottleless Water Dispenser.  The Bevi Bottleless Water Dispenser is a smart water dispenser that offers on-demand filtered, flavored and sparkling water.  Its mission is to “unbottle the future.”  According to the folks at Plexus, since it was introduced, the Bevi has saved users over 400 million single-use plastic bottles.

Over 100 products were nominated in last fall’s contest, and over 187,000 votes were cast to determine the ultimate winner.

Congratulations to all the fine people at Plexus, and thanks for the wonderful tour of your facility!
