Memorial Day 2025
As Memorial Day approaches, I’m reflecting on the profound sacrifices of our fallen heroes who gave their lives to secure our nation’s freedoms. Their courage, from the battlefields of World War Two to Afghanistan, ensures that we can gather in communities across the area to honor their memory. This Memorial Day weekend, I’ll join you in Appleton on Saturday, Hortonville on Sunday, and Black Creek on Monday, as we pay tribute to these brave men and women, especially our Gold Star families, whose loss reminds us of freedom’s cost. Let’s unite to remember the fallen, and ensure that their legacy endures in our hearts forever.
Capitol Meeting
On Wednesday I hosted a meeting on Education at the Capitol. It was nice to have 2 of my fellow Hortonville Polar Bears in attendance, Superintendent Todd Timm and Emma Ryan who served as an intern in our office. [See featured photo above.]
