19th Senate District Update: June 28, 2024

Hello! With the 4th of July coming up, we will not have an e-update next week. I hope everyone enjoys their weekend celebrating America’s 248th birthday and the Manawa Mid-Western Rodeo!

Last week, I mentioned that I had the opportunity to tour the Ahlstrom Nicolet Mill. I wanted to again thank their staff and highlight what a great tour it was (especially now that the photos came in)!

This week I am attending a Health Policy Summit with the National Conference of State Legislatures to learn more about the work happening around the country on health care. I plan to bring back data and information that will better inform our decisions to make health care more affordable and accessible for Wisconsinites.

Lastly, as you may have heard, Wisconsin has primaries and elections coming up this year! You can find more information at MyVote.wi.gov.

My staff and I were also happy to meet with folks from:

  • Wisconsin Academy of Physician Assistants
  • Town of Lind
  • Town of Dayton
  • & thank you to Representative Tom Tiffany for making time to meet on important issues

Next week, I look forward to many more meetings in our area!

Wisconsin State Sen. Rachael Cabral-Guevara toured Ahlstrom Nicolet Mill.
Glad I could join the folks at the Ahlstrom Nicolet Mill for a tour!
