Badger Institute Policy Director Will Speak in Appleton

On Monday, July 8, Fox Valley Initiative will host an event with featured speaker Patrick McKilheran, policy director for the Badger Institute.

McKilheran will address DEI (diversity, equity, and inclusion), school choice, and the cost of eliminating the use of fossil fuels in Wisconsin.

McKilheran previously served for many years as one of the featured writers for the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel. Most recently, he worked for 10 years serving Sen. Ron Johnson as one of his key campaign and DC staff people focusing on policy issues.

Admission is free; donations will be accepted. Doors open at 6:00 p.m., with the program beginning promptly at 6:30 p.m.

The event will be held at Freedom Project Academy, 750 North Hickory Farm Lane, Appleton.
