Outagamie County: Board Meeting Schedule, Agenda, Minutes

The County Board of Supervisors typically meets on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of each month at 7:00 p.m. However, in April, the board meets only on the 3rd Tuesday at 4:00 p.m. for the purpose of reorganization after the Spring Election. Moreover, the board meets only once in June, July, and August, on the 2nd Tuesday, unless otherwise declared by the Board Chair.

A Public Hearing to discuss the county’s proposed budget for the following year is held at the beginning of the October meeting (4th Tuesday). The Annual Meeting of the county board, at which the budget is to be adopted, is held on the first Monday in November at 5:30 p.m. and continues on following days until an annual budget is adopted.

Agenda and meeting minutes are posted on the County’s website here: https://www.outagamie.org/government/departments-a-e/county-clerk/county-board-agenda-minutes-packet-2022-2023.
