Kleefisch, Bonwell to Speak on Monday, May 4

The Monday, May 4 meeting of Fox Valley Initiative will include a review of the April 7 election results and presentations by two featured speakers.

The meeting will be held at Freedom Project Academy, 750 North Hickory Farm Lane, Appleton. Doors open at 6:00 p.m. and the meeting will be called to order at 6:30 p.m.

Rebecca Kleefisch, lieutenant governor of Wisconsin from 2011 to 2019 and candidate for governor in 2022, will be one of two featured speakers. Kleefisch is currently president of the Wisconsin 1848 Project. She will discuss the mission of the 1848 Project to identify, recruit, and equip candidates to run for local office.

Morgan Bonwell, founder and CEO of Right Strategies, will be the other featured speaker. She will deliver a presentation on modern uses of voter ID data to improve candidate name recognition, fundraising, and voter turnout.
