The Republican Parties of Outagamie County and Winnebago County are hosting a debate between the two candidates for Wisconsin’s 18th State Senate District: Blong Yang and Dr. Anthony Phillips.
The debate will take place on Wednesday, July 24. It will start at 6:00 p.m. and end at approximately 7:30 p.m. The debate will take place at Freedom Project Academy, 750 North Hickory Farm Lane, Appleton.
