Veterans Memorial Ceremony
Last Saturday I had the privilege of giving a speech at the Veterans Memorial Ceremony, in Greenville to mark the 250th anniversary of the US Army, Navy, and Marines celebrating their incredible legacy of courage since 1775. I got a bit personal, sharing how proud I am of my stepson Kevin, who’s served 18 years in the Army with tours in Kuwait, Afghanistan, and Korea, and I thanked our tight-knit community for always backing our military. I spoke about how these branches have grown yet stayed true to defending our freedoms, and I called on all of us to keep supporting our veterans and their families.

Capitol Meeting

Last week my dentist Pete Hehli of Northstar Dental stopped by the office on behalf of the Wisconsin Dental Association. Pete and I discussed insurance coverage, and issues regarding ownership of dental chains. It was nice to have Pete stop by my office for a change!
