With future elections coming up in 2026 and campaigns in need of leaders, Leadership Institute is preparing to host another Campaign Leadership College (CLC) on February 20.
The CLC is an immersive, nine-day program built for conservatives working inside real campaigns, not political science classrooms. You’ll train with seasoned campaign veterans who know how to teach those who want a rewarding and challenging career.
This program is designed for campaign staff, not candidates, but you’ll have the unique opportunity to connect with those running for office through the Candidate Development School, held at the same time.
The program covers the real work of campaigning, what makes a campaign effective, and will be taught by people who have seen what works and what fails in the field.
You’ll leave knowing how to:
- Avoid mistakes that derail operations
- Build effective grassroots coalitions
- Set (and hit) voter turnout goals
- Manage fundraising and compliance
Applications for the next CLC are open, you can apply here: https://leadershipinstitute.
Well-prepared staff can change the entire course of a campaign. Those who understand their influence early on are the ones who help shape winning outcomes.
