On Monday, January 12, 2026, the Wisconsin Republican Assembly will bring to Appleton an open discussion of vulnerabilities in the Wisconsin voter rolls. The event’s featured speaker will be Douglas Frank, Ph.D.
The event is being co-hosted by the North of 29 Wisconsin Election Reform Movement. It will take place from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. at Freedom Project Academy, 750 North Hickory Farm Lane, Appleton. Doors open at 6:00 p.m.
Since December 2020, Dr. Frank has been working for election reform with grassroots teams in more than 40 states. He has met with the Wisconsin legislature and testified on his findings. He has traveled across the country analyzing states’ voter rolls and working with states to build an election integrity movement.
