Question of the Week

In lieu of a Question of the Week, I want to wish everyone a safe and enjoyable Memorial Day weekend!

Memorial Day

This Memorial Day, we honor and remember the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice in service to our country. Their courage and selflessness will never be forgotten. Let’s take a moment to reflect on their legacy and express gratitude for the freedoms we hold dear.

ARIP Application Deadline

The application period for the Agriculture Roads Improvement Program (ARIP) is now open!

ARIP provides funding to improve local roads that connect to agricultural lands and facilities used to produce agricultural goods across Wisconsin.

The deadline for local governments to apply is June 29th.

National EMS Week

This week is National Emergency Medical Services Week, and I want to say THANK YOU to all of the EMS responders in the 55th Assembly District and across Wisconsin for everything they do to keep our communities safe. Your dedication, professionalism, and willingness to answer the call at any hour does not go unnoticed.

A special shoutout to the Southern Winnebago Emergency Medical Services District (SWEMS), which began service on January 5th of this year. SWEMS now proudly serves the City and Town of Omro, the Town and Village of Winneconne, and the towns of Black Wolf, Nekimi, Poygan, Rushford, and Utica. I am grateful for their commitment to ensuring our rural communities continue to have access to high-quality emergency medical services when they need it most.
