Imagine it’s 2015, and we Americans have suffered, so far in the 21st century, through the four terms of George Bush Jr. and Barack Obama.
Let’s suppose that in 2015, Donald J. Trump sees his country clearly headed down the path to statism, socialism, and ultimately, totalitarian Marxism. He sees it happening … but he chooses not to run the personal risk and problems of making his own presidential bid. After all, he is wealthy beyond most mortals’ wildest dreams, has a beautiful wife,[2] kids, grand-kids. No, the country can go to hell if it must, says DJT.
So he doesn’t jump into the fray, and Hillary Rodham Clinton becomes the 45th president of the United States.
After her four years, what does the Supreme Court look like? None of the added Justices are committed to the Constitution and Rule of Law.[3] Instead, we have more leftists who think, and act judicially, like the present Justice Ketanje Brown-Jackson. Their rulings will have exposed their antipathy to the very philosophy and original intent of the founding republican documents, which have served the American people, and the broader worldwide humanity, so well for some 240 years.[4]
Americans literally could have lost the republic.
In my view, all leftists are ultimately closet Marxists, whose long-term objective is the dismantling of the U.S. Constitution. No more Rule-of-Law, free markets, private property, etc. for American citizens.
Marx’s dream (nightmare?) come true.
1 TDS is, of course, Trump Derangement Syndrome, the characteristic emotional behavior that includes unintelligible ranting peppered with vulgarities, falsehoods, and foul language. All of course directed at DJT.
2 Albeit, also former wives, affairs, etc. to be true.
3 By contrast, Trump 1st term confirmed Justices Gorsuch, Kavanaugh, and Coney-Barrett, who do mostly rule consistently with original intent in mind.
4 Yes, I can hear the TDS backbiters all jumping to point out the notable transgressions of the 240 years-long American experience, all the while ignoring its significant accomplishments.
